Letter: Pasties photo took edge off holiday

Like every other red blooded man who read the Feb. 20 edition of The Eagle, I was intrigued by the article about the burlesque dancers. As I read it, I was also imagining how I could convincingly phrase a belated invitation to a Valentine's Day date to my wife in order to see the dancers.

That was all before I saw the horrifying photograph of a man with heart-shaped pasties on page 2. That image turned the article into a great advertisement -- to stay home and watch TV.

Thanks a lot Eagle. Pass the clicker dear.
