Letter: Seeking return to Cheshire board
To the editor of THE EAGLE:
I am life-time resident of the town of Cheshire. I served a nine-year term on the Board of Health in the 1990s. I am recently retired and have been asked by many citizens to again run for the position on the Board of Health in the May 5 election. I have the time and knowledge required to put into this elected position.
My first priority is to review the budget for the compactor and reduce fees that have significantly increased over the last 12 years. I am an member of the Cheshire Volunteer Fire Department and actively involved in community events. I would appreciate your vote on May 5.
