Letter: Some Church rules made to be broken
To the editor of THE EAGLE:
I see where the Catholic church has recently elevated two popes to sainthood by changing the rules about numbers of miracles and eligibility.
Is this the same Catholic church that has refused to consider ordaining women to the priesthood, accept homosexuals, and keep better tabs on local clergy because, quote, "we can’t change the rules"?
