Letter: Tang is a caring, compassionate doctor

Tang is a caring, compassionate doctor

To the editor:

I agree with Paula Wells' Jan. 16 letter to the editor regarding Dr. Shaohua Tang.

He has always diagnosed me properly and only gave me meds when needed. He is very compassionate, we even talked about tai chi for relaxation. He asks about my grandson who is one and a patient at Shriner's Hospital. In my opinion he is the best doctor the Berkshires have.

At other offices you get a physician's assistant, and if they don't know what's wrong they call a doctor in who never acknowledges you but looks at the physician's assistant in giving a diagnosis before walking out. Dr. Tang has an outstanding staff and that makes a difference in how you are greeted.
