DALTON -- A team of 12 high school students, 11 of them Wahconah Regional High School athletes, won the 200-mile Green Moun tain Relay in June, finishing in 24 hours and 49 minutes.

The team was lead by captain Katie Cook and included Alex Steven, Chuckie Dooley, Dan Hopmans, Eric Klem, Ian Prudhomme, Jackson Alberti, Josh Hopmans, Karl Schmidt, Nate Ivanowsky, Sean Peters, and Tommy Larson.
