Local soccer roundup: Drury, Mount Everett boys draw

SHEFFIELD >> The Drury boys soccer team didn't win on Friday against Mount Everett, but the Blue Devils got on the bus with their undefeated record intact.

Cavan Brady scored in the 10th minute for the Eagles but Jonah Miles netted a goal 47 minutes later for Drury as the squads tied 1-1.

Brian Christian recorded three saves for the Blue Devils while Patrick Silk registered three for the home team.

Drury is now 12-0-2 overall and 5-0-2 in the Berkshire South while Mount Everett is 10-2-1, 4-1-1.

Sam Dils scored twice after Naka O'Connor scored, all between the 64th and 69th minute, to secure the tie for the Mounties (6-4-2, 3-2-1 Berkshire North).

For the Generals (7-1-4, 4-0-2), Evan Dempsey scored twice while Jackson Rich also netted a goal.
