Massachusetts delegation must lead on guns
Congress has ignored the people on the matter of legislation to reduce gun violence from measures to expand requirements for background checks to prohibitions on assault weapons. Members of the Massachusetts delegation should consider it their duty to exercise leadership in this matter. We have led the nation in responsible restrictions on gun ownership and protection of the civil liberties of citizens.
Just because you voted correctly doesn’t mean you have done right by your constituents. Be proactive, be vocal, and represent us by bringing this legislation home.
