MCLA offering accelerated business degree program
NORTH ADAMS -- The Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts will offer a bachelor of science degree in business administration this fall as a degree completion program, an option for adult learners interested in completing their degree in an accelerated time period.
MCLA is accepting applications for the next cohort, which begin their studies in September.
Classes will be offered in Pittsfield on evenings, and weekends, or can be accessed online. The classroom site has yet to be determined, but possible sites include the Conte Federal Building on Center Street, or the Intermodal Center on Columbus Avenue.
Applicants should either have an associates degree, or being nearing its completion. They must also meet MCLA’s transfer admission requirements to be considered for admission. Priority will be given to students who have earned a minimum of 45-to-60 transferable credits.
Financial aid is available for those who qualify. By completing this program, participants may be eligible to enroll in MCLA’s Professional Masters in Business Administration.
