Berkshires-based cabaret performer Lisa Kantor will present "You Read Me Like a Book!," an evening of love songs and love-gone-wrong songs, on Friday, Sept. 28, at The Theater Barn.

The fundraiser and musical program is organized by the Friends of the Stephentown Memorial Library to benefit the Library.

Wine and light refreshments will be available at 7 p.m. and the cabaret show follows at 8 p.m. Tickets are $45 each and are available by email at Debbie.Pentak@gmail.com or by phone, (518) 733-0410 or (518) 733-5750.

Kantor, also known as "Elle Kay Cabaret," will be accompanied by her trio: Joe Rose (music director) on piano, Dave Christopolis on bass, and Terry Hall on drums. Her songs include jazz standards, show tunes, and contemporary songs.
