New Lebanon, N.Y.: Library announces annual book and bake sale

The New Lebanon Library will hold its annual used book and bake sale from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 16, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 17, at the Midtown Mall, Routes 20 and 22.

Admission on Saturday and Sunday is free. Admission to the special preview sale from 2 to 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 15, is $5.

Available for sale will be baked goods, a large assortment of hard and soft cover books, including children’s books, audiobooks, DVDs, and music CDs.

Most items will be priced from 25 cents to $5. Proceeds benefit the library.

Donations of items for the sale are welcome. Gently used books (excluding textbooks and encyclopedias), CDs, audiobooks, and DVDs may be dropped off at the Midtown Mall between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, Aug. 12 to 14. Prior to Aug. 12, donations will be accepted at the library, 550 State Route 20.
