New Lebanon, N.Y.: Occupational therapist to lead discussion on grains

Kelly Crine, licensed occupational therapist, will lead a discussion on the impact of wheat on the human body at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 24, at the New Lebanon Library, 550 State Route 20.

Crine, who has been studying nutrition for the past decade, will discuss and demonstrate methods for traditional preparation of grains to improve their digestibility. This program is free and open to the public.
