New Lebanon, N.Y.: Student filmmakers premiere short films

Darrow School's Introduction to Film and Animation classes will present the 2017 Film and Animation Festival at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 2, in the Darrow School Theater, 110 Darrow Road.
The festival includes short live action and animated films by Darrow students, the world premiere of 12 shorts; thrillers, comedies, silent films, teaser trailers for non-existent grindhouse features, Lego robot battles, and more.
The show will run approximately 80 minutes with no intermission and will be followed by a question and answer session with the student filmmakers.
This event is free and open to the public.
