New Marlborough is applying for a Community Development Block Grant that would offer up to $35,000 in housing rehabilitation work to 4 to 6 low to moderate income homeowners in the town.

A representative from Berkshire Regional Planning will be at the New Marlborough Public Library on Saturday, Jan. 27 from 10 a.m. to noon to answer questions about the grant and application process. Applications will also be available on site. Will Sikula from Berkshire Regional Planning Commission can also answer questions at 413-442-1521 ex. 30 or wsikula@berkshireplanning.org.
