North Adams: Benefit dinner for fire victims slated Saturday

James Lewis, Jamie Sondrini and their children recently lost their home and all of their belongings to a fire. In an effort to help them rebuild their lives, family and friends are holding a benefit dinner from 5 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22, at the American Legion.

Dinner tickets are $10 each and are available at the door.

The meal is being prepared by volunteers from the Williams College Dining Services staff and will include: Chicken parmesan, pasta, garden salad, green beans, garlic bread, apple crisp and beverages.

In addition to the dinner, there will be a 50/50 raffle and a Chinese auction of items and gift certificates donated by area businesses. There will also be a bake sale.

The Lewis family have been long time residents of North Adams and Windsor.
