North Adams: Boston poet laureate to give two presentations

Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts announces two events — a public talk and a poetry reading — with Boston's Poet Laureate Danielle Legros Georges, a professor at Lesley University, on Wednesday, Feb. 17.

Georges will present a public reading "Fluid Beautiful Identities," at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 17, at MCLA's Center for Science and Innovation, room 121. Then, at 7 p.m. in MCLA Gallery 51, she will offer a poetry reading.

Both events, funded by MCLA's "Creating Equality" series, are free and open to the public.
