North Adams: Holiday food drive is underway

The North Adams Public Schools is partnering with employees from City Hall, the North Adams Police Department, the North Adams Fire Department, the Spitzer Center, and the North Adams Public Library for a Holiday Food Drive.

Donation boxes have been set up at all locations and employees and the public are invited to drop off donations of non-perishable food as well as personal care items such as soap and shampoo.

On Friday, Nov. 20, NAPS maintenance workers will collect the donations and deliver them to the Friendship Center's Food Pantry on Eagle Street at 10 a.m.
