North Adams: Illustrated lecture to explore the egg


The Department of Conservation & Recreation’s Visitors Museum at Western Gateway Heritage State Park will present an illustrated lecture "Which Came First?" at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 19.

The lecture will explore one of nature’s greatest and mystifying inventions: the egg. Attendees will travel through the animal kingdom to find the many various kinds of eggs that help bring creatures into this world.

Western Gateway is located south of the Hadley Overpass on Route 8. The Visitors Museum is in building 4.
