The North Adams Public Library will host a booksigning and demonstration from 6 to 7:45 p.m. on Thursday, April 25, for the release of city native Tony Pisano’s first book with Storey Publishing, "Build Your Own Beekeeping Equipment."

The event in the third floor community room will feature a hands-on demonstration at 7 p.m. Pisano will be on hand to sell and sign copies of his book.

Alethea Morrison, author of the recently released "Homegrown Honey Bees," will also sign books. The event is also an opportunity to meet members of the Northern Berkshire Beekeepers Association and ask questions on beekeeping.
