North Adams: ‘Look Good’ program set for cancer patients


North Adams Regional Hospital and the American Cancer Society will offer "Look Good, Feel Better" for cancer patients to help them manage the appearance-related side effects of cancer treatment.

The program will be offered from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday, Feb. 17, at NARH. Registration is requested by Jan. 19 by calling (413) 664-5170.

The free program is a non-medical, brand-neutral public service program that teaches beauty techniques to cancer patients.

Participants will learn make-up application techniques, hair and wig care, and complementary colors. Everyone will receive gift bags with sample products.
