North Adams: Program for parents of pre-teens planned

The Family Resource Center and The Family Place will present "Communication for Parents of Pre-teens: No Longer Tween a Rock and a Hard Place," at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 25, at the Haskins Center.

The free workshop focuses on what to expect when parenting a pre-teen (ages 8 to 12), what changes may occur within the family, and how to keep communication open.

Free transportation and child care is available if needed.
