North Adams: REACH announces ‘Girls’ Night Out’ event

REACH for Community Health, the community health education arm of North Adams Regional Hospital, is sponsoring its annual free "Girls’ Night Out" event from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 25, at North Adams Regional Hospital.

The first 100 attendees will receive a thank you gift.

Women of all ages are invited to attend. Refreshments will be provided, as well as raffles and information on health, wellness, and issues of special importance to women.

The evening will include a women’s imaging services open house including bone densitometry, mammography and ultrasound.

In Touch and independent massage therapists will provide 15-minute complimentary massages. Reiki and reflexology 15-minute sessions will also be available. These services will be on a first come, first serve basis and attendees should sign up when they arrive.
