North Adams: State Rep. DuBois to keynote MCLA women's event

Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts' Susan B. Anthony Women's Center will honor state Rep. Michelle M. DuBois '06, D-10th Plymouth, at its third annual One of Us event and reception from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Monday, March 28, in Murdock Hall, room 218, on the MCLA campus.

This event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.

DuBois will speak about her academic and professional journey, highlighting her experiences from a woman's perspective.

Following her remarks, she will participate in a question and answer session, as the audience learns more about the decision points in her life, her education, and her extracurricular involvement at MCLA.

DuBois served as Brockton's Ward 6 City Councilor for five terms before being elected to the House of Representatives.
