One race on Stockbridge ballot
STOCKBRIDGE -- A three-cornered run for selectman is the sole race on the town ballot this year.
Incumbent Stephen A. Shatz will be facing longtime businessman Nabih Nejaime and local police officer Adelheid Teutsch for a three-year term on the board.
The annual town election is slated for Tuesday, May 20. Polling hours are from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.at the Senior Center.
Seven other incumbents are running unopposed. They include Karen T. Williams for Treasurer, John A. Miller for Assessor; R. Timothy Minkler for Housing Authority; Steven H. Knopf for Parks Commission; Barbara Cohen-Hobbs for Planning Board and Thomas Paul Schuler for Sewer and Water Commission.
All are three-year terms except the Housing Authority, which is five years.
