Patriots' Day, a state holiday, will be observed Monday, April 15. A list of what is open or closed, operating or shut down follows:

Retail stores: Open.

Berkshire Mall: Regular hours, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Lee Premium Outlets: Regular hours, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Liquor stores: Open.

Taverns, bars: Open.

Banks: Open.

County and city offices: Closed.

Post offices: Open.

Manufacturing: Open.

Libraries: Closed.

Berkshire Community College: Closed.

Berkshire Museum: Open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Hancock Shaker Village: Open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Clark Art Institute, Williamstown: Open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Williams College Museum of Art: Closed.

Norman Rockwell Museum, Stockbridge: Open, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Mass MoCA, North Adams: Open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

BRTA: Buses will run as usual.

Elder Services: Closed.

Covanta: Open 7:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

Allied Waste: Open; all routes running as usual.

Eagle: Publishes as usual.
