Pittsfield: Annual Eggstravaganza slated March 26

The City's Department of Community Development Recreation Program will hold the annual Eggstravaganza Egg Scramble on Saturday, March 26, at Morningside Community School, 100 Burbank St., rain or shine.

The event is free and open to all Pittsfield children.

The schedule for the differing age groups is as follows: 10:30 a.m. for 9-year-olds; 10:40 a.m. for ages 7 and 8; 10:55 a.m. for ages 5 and 6; 11:10 a.m. for 4-year-olds; and 11:25 a.m. for ages 2 and 3.

One winner in each age group who finds the golden egg will receive a special prize, courtesy of Greylock Federal Credit Union.

Children are required to bring their own baskets. Bring a camera for a special appearance by the Easter Bunny.
