Pittsfield: Annual Polish picnic slated Sunday

The Polish Picnic will be held from noon to 6 p.m. Sunday, July 17, at St. Joseph Church, 414 North St. Admission is free.

Frozen Polish food can be purchased starting at 9 a.m. Sunday. Hot meals will be available at noon.

Polish foods include kielbasa, kapusta, golumbki, and pierogi. Hot dogs, hamburgers, hot sausage, fried dough, beer, wine, soda, and various desserts will also be available for purchase.

Additional highlights include music by the Rymanowski Brothers of Albany, N.Y.; Kiddy Land with a bounce house, games, raffles, and a lottery ticket tree.

Bring a lawn chair.
