Pittsfield: Artists sought for fundraising exhibition

Paige Wright announces a call for artists for her fundraiser exhibition, "A Mitzvah for The Berkshire Kids' Place," to be shown at Dottie's Coffee Lounge from April 1 to 16.

The exhibition is open to artists of all levels: professional; emerging; and students of all ages.

Curator Paige Wright, age 13, is studying for her Bat-Mitzvah. Tikon Olam is part of the studies that gives back to the community. The Berkshire County Kids' Place will receive 100 percent of art sales.

Submission deadline is Feb. 29. Artwork ready to hang will be dropped off at Dottie's Coffee Lounge by 6 p.m. March 29.
