Pittsfield: Athenaeum to host new lecture series


The Friends of the Berkshire Athenaeum announce a series of talks titled "The Very Interesting Lecture Series" to be held at 7 p.m. Tuesdays in the Athenaeum auditorium.

The lecture series will present diverse topics with appeal for the layperson.

On Tuesday, Feb. 11, James Arpante will present a talk on the U.S. Constitution.

Arpante is a lawyer and a professor of political science at Berkshire Community College.

All events sponsored by the Friends of the Berkshire Athenaeum are free.
