Pittsfield: BCC music program to hold spring concert


The Berkshire Community College music program will present its annual spring concert at 7:30 p.m. Friday, April 25, in the Robert Boland Theatre on the college’s main campus. The concert is free and open to the public.

Performing groups will include "K111," a student band currently recording an album; the BCC Chorale, under the direction of M. Rahima Hohlstein; the BCC Jazz Ensemble, under the direction of Jeff Link and student leaders Cameron Rahilly and Jose Lu; and the cast of the BCC Players’ spring musical "Young Frankenstein," which opens May 9.

Student soloists are Keane Decker, Joey Frighetto and James Russell.

Doors will open at approximately 7 p.m. No reservations are needed. Forum credit is available for BCC students.
