Pittsfield: Benefit planned for cancer patient

A benefit for Steven Donald, who was recently diagnosed with stage 3 testicular cancer, will be held from noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday, March 10, at the Itam Lodge, 93 Waubeek Road.

The event will include live entertainment by the bands Whiskey City, Red Handed, SmartAss, Live Wire, and Static, as well as Chinese raffles, a 50/50 raffle, and food.

The cost is $20 per ticket. Proceeds will be used to help ease the financial burden of mounting medical bills and daily needs.

Tickets are available at the Hot Dog Ranch, 20 Linden St.; Morningside Bakery, 283 Tyler St.; and at the door.
