Pittsfield: Berkshire Dream Center to host grand opening at new location


The Berkshire Dream Center, a non-profit organization that has been serving the city of Pittsfield since 2011, is moving all of its outreaches and programs in Pittsfield to its church location at 475 Tyler St., the site of Morningside Baptist Church.

With this move, the center is expanding its days, hours and programs. A grand opening will be held from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 9.

The Dream Center holds church services at 10:30 a.m. Sundays. On Easter Sunday, the center will give hams to families that attend and host an Easter egg hunt for children.

The Dream Center's mission statement is "Find a need and meet it, find a hurt and heal it."
