Posted

Celebrating a grand re-opening, the BOOM Room will have special Arts Walk events from 5 to 8 Friday, Oct. 7. The BOOM Room is located in a new space in the Crawford Square building, 137 North St., one door down from its previous home.

Wine and appetizers will be served during an opening reception for BOOM's gallery art show, "Eclectica," curated by local artist and BOOM board member Rosemary Starace. The show features work created by local musicians.

At 6 p.m., television personality John Davidson of Lenox will perform his original songs. Area singer/songwriter Chad Tarves will also perform.

There is no cover charge. BOOM (Berkshire Organization for Original Music) is a not-for-profit arts company. Visit www.boom413.com for more information.
