Pittsfield: Boy Scouts serving pancake breakfast

The Civitan Club of Pittsfield and St. Mark's Boy Scout Troop 8 will hold their 16th annual benefit "Not just a Pancake Breakfast" from 8 a.m. to noon Sunday, Oct. 15, at St. Charles Church, 89 Briggs Ave.

The menu includes pancakes, French toast, eggs, bacon, sausage, milk, orange juice, hot chocolate, and coffee.

Volunteers from Civitan will cook while the Boy Scouts serve.

The cost is $8, $6 for seniors, $5 for kids under 12, and free for children under 3.

Proceeds benefit Troop 8 and Berkshire County charitable organizations supported by the Civitan Club of Pittsfield.

For those who cannot attend, donations will be accepted and may be made payable to The Civitan Club of Pittsfield, P.O. Box 42, Pittsfield, MA 01202-0042.
