Pittsfield: BSC to host panel discussion on bullying

Barrington Stage Company, under the leadership of Julianne Boyd, artistic director, and Tristan Wilson, managing director, will host a post-show panel discussion on bullying following the 3 p.m. performance of "Lord of the Flies" on Sunday, Oct. 14, in recognition of October as National Bullying Prevention Month.

Panelists include Roberta Russell, psychotherapist; Aaron Sardell, clinical psychologist and family therapist; and Wendy Lorenz-Walraven, who serves "at risk" youth. The discussion will be moderated by Hester Kamin, BSC director of education.

For Sunday’s special performance, patrons can purchase $15 adult tickets or $10 youth tickets (ages 6-18).

Tickets will be available for purchase the day of the performance only by phone at (413) 236-8888 or in person at the Box Office, 30 Union St., which opens at 10 a.m. on Sunday.
