Pittsfield: County’s first Memory Cafe to open


Epoch Assisted Living at Melbourne and Home Instead Senior Care will open Berkshire County’s first memory cafe at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 11.

Memory cafes are designed for people with early stage memory impairment as well their caregivers, partners, family and friends.

The cafe provides a safe, supportive environment to share experiences while remaining socially engaged with others traveling the same journey.

The Pittsfield Memory Cafe is free and will be open the second Tuesday of each month from 10 to 11 a.m.
