Posted

Temple Anshe Amunim will host "Georgia, Justice and Jews: The Leo Frank Case," a two-hour dramatic presentation by playwright/attorney Jesse Waldinger, at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 27. The Temple is located at 26 Broad St.

Frank, a superintendent at the National Pencil Company in Atlanta, Ga., was convicted of the murder of a 13-year-old employee, Mary Phagan, in 1913.

The account will be illustrated by photographs, diagrams and readings from Waldinger's play, "The Knights of Mary Phagan."

Guests are invited to bring their own lunch to this program, which is part of the Temple's Lunch and Learn series. Beverages and dessert will be provided. Admission is $10.
