Pittsfield: Folk singer to perform

The Jewish Federation of the Berkshires will present "Playing Folk" with folk guitarist and singer Lee Rogers at 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 7, at Congregation Knesset Israel, 16 Colt Road.

The program is open to the public at a cost of $3.

Rogers, who has appeared at The Guthrie Center, The Lion’s Den, the Gypsy Joynt, Sullivan Station, and at "The Gazebo Music Series" in Great Barrington, will entertain with "tried, true, and time honored" folk selections.
