Central Berkshire Habitat for Humanity will host its 24th house dedication at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 17, at 47 Prospect St.. Habitat’s newest homeowner, Jennifer Albaquerque, will thank the more than 300 volunteers who donated in excess of 5,000 hours during the building of the home in the Westside neighborhood.

The home is a cornerstone in Phase One of Habitat’s Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative (NRI). The Albaquerque home was sponsored by Trustco Bank.

NRI assists veterans, the elderly, disabled and low-income families with critical repairs that improve the safety and quality of their homes, improving not just the individual home, but the overall neighborhood.
