Pittsfield: Jewish Federation program explores Housatonic Heritage

The Jewish Federation of the Berkshires presents "Bringing Heritage to Life in the Berkshires" with Dan Bolognani, executive director of the Upper Housatonic Valley National Heritage Area, at 10:45 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 2, at Knesset Israel, 16 Colt Road.

The Upper Housatonic Valley National Heritage Area (Housatonic Heritage) is a program that serves 29 communities in the Housatonic River watershed region.

The program precedes a kosher lunch at noon. Lunch costs $7, $2 for adults over 60 years of age.

Lunch reservations are required before 9 a.m. Thursday by calling 413-442-2200.
