Pittsfield: MADD candlelight vigil slated Sunday
The Berkshire District Attorney's Office in cooperation with Mothers Against Drunk Driving will sponsor a "Vigil of Remembrance" at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 6, at St. Stephen's Church, 67 East St., Park Square.
The candle lighting ceremony will remember those lost as a result of a drunk driving crash.
District Attorney David F. Capeless will be the main speaker.
The Grace Notes, vocalists from Miss Hall's School, and members of the Massachusetts State Police will participate in the ceremony.
The public is invited. A reception will follow the ceremony.
