Pittsfield: Panel discussion to address opportunities for farmers

Berkshire Grown, Sustainable Berkshires, and Keep Berkshires Farming are sponsoring a panel discussion on "Opportunities for Value-Added Processing for Berkshire County Farmers" from 3 to 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 25, in the Berkshire Athenaeum auditorium, 1 Wendell Ave.

Panelists are Jim Hyland of Farm to Table Co-packers (F2T) in Kingston, N.Y., and Michael Tesoro of Ooma Tesoro’s, based in Windsor.
