n 10:11 a.m.: Police arrest Charles Zelinsky, 59, of Union Street, and charge him with drug possession, assault and battery, and witness intimidation. Also arrested at the residence is Robert Alger, 49, on a warrant.

n 11:39 a.m.: Police respond to BJ’s Wholesale Club on Hubbard Avenue and charge Miqueas Quinones, 47, of Dalton, with


n 12:15 p.m.: Police respond to Berkshire Medical Center for a reported assault.

n 2:21 p.m.: Police respond to a reported vandalism on Seymour Street.

n 2:53 p.m.: Police arrest Walter Bynum, 48, of North Street, on a warrant.

n 7:17 p.m.: Police receive report of a motor vehicle accident at Pine Grove Drive.

n 10:57 p.m.: Police initiate a traffic stop at the intersection of Fenn Street and North Street and arrest Nicholas Olivieri, 21, and charge him with operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license.
