3:53 a.m.: A loud music disturbance is reported at the YMCA on North Street. Peace is restored.

7:16 a.m.: A water problem is reported on South John Street. The Fire Department is called.

9:08 a.m.: A water/ice rescue is reported at Fire Place Shop on North Street.

11:00 a.m.: Larceny/forgery/fraud is investigated at Taconic High School on Valentine Road.

12:20 p.m.: Illegal dumping is reported on Clark Road. The matter is placed on file.

2:07 p.m.: A burglary is reported on Clarkson Avenue. The report will be updated. No arrests are made.

3:36 p.m.: An activated fire alarm is reported at Francis Plaza on Francis Avenue. The Fire Department is called.

5:24 p.m.: Suspicious activity is reported at Allendale Shopping Center on Cheshire Road. The party could not be located.

7:38 p.m.: Following a report of drunkenness/substance abuse on Dalton Avenue, police take Mark J. Landry III, 49, of Union Street, North Adams, into protective custody.

8:26 p.m.: Following a report of an unwanted subject on Hubbard Avenue, police take Charles L. Williamson, 55, homeless, into protective custody.

10:00 p.m.: A disturbance is reported on Broad Street. Services are rendered. No arrests are made.
