8:25 a.m.: A disturbance is reported at the Colburn Building condominiums on North Street. No arrests are made.

9:41 a.m.: Smoke is reported in a building at County Ambulance on Wahconah Street. The Fire Department is called.

10:39 a.m.: Police arrest Max B. Bohan, 26, of Maloney Street, Pittsfield, and James Bernacchia, 24, of Beacon, N.Y., following a traffic stop on North Street. Bohan is charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance, subsequent offense. Bernacchia is charged with disorderly conduct, and possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance.

2:31 p.m.: A Section 12 incident is reported at Herberg Middle School. Party is transported to the hospital.

7:46 p.m.: Animal complaints are reported at the Doyle Softball Complex on Benedict Road.

8:07 p.m.: Juvenile offenses are reported on Watson Street. Party could not be located.

11:53 p.m.: An emergency medical call is reported at McDonald's on West Housatonic Street. Party is transported to the hospital.

Tuesday, Sept. 27

1:11 a.m.: Suspicious activity is reported at Berkshire Cosmetic & Reconstruction on South Street. Party could not be located.

9:01 a.m.: A past burglary is reported at Berkshire Flower Co. on South Street.

10:27 a.m.: Police arrest Joseph A. Giardina, 28, of Club Circle, Pittsfield, on a warrant.

10:44 a.m.: An attempted burglary is reported at Shire City Insurance on South Street.

11:32 a.m.: A 16-year-old male juvenile is arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, assault and battery on a police officer, and resisting arrest following a disturbance at Taconic High School.

2:05 p.m.: Following a report of suspicious activity at Burger King on First Street, police arrest James M. Sevigny. 49, of Hollister Street, Pittsfield, and charge him with indecent assault and battery on a person age 14 or over, disorderly conduct, assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, indecent assault and battery on a retarded person, vandalizing property, and attempt to commit a crime: larceny from a person.

6:09 p.m.: Police take Michelle A. Daunais, 48, of Williamstown Road, Lanesborough, into protective custody.

8 p.m.: A disturbance is reported at North Street and Maplewood Avenue. Party could not be located. No arrests are made.

11:14 p.m.: A disturbance is reported on North Pearl Street. No arrests are made.

11:44 p.m.: A disturbance is reported on North Pearl Street. No arrests are made.

Wednesday, Sept. 28

12:46 a.m.: Suspicious activity is reported at the Onota Lake Boat Ramp on Lakeway Drive. Verbal advisement is issued.

8:16 a.m.: A disturbance is reported on Dartmouth Street. Peace is restored and no arrests are made.

9:54 a.m.: An activated fire alarm is reported at Columbia Arms on Columbus Avenue. The Fire Department is called.

1:04 p.m.: Suspicious activity is reported at George's Liquor Store on Elm Street. The matter is placed on file.

2:33 p.m.: A disturbance is reported on Lakewood Circle. No arrests are made.

4:58 p.m.: Police arrest Joseph A. Marrs, 40, homeless, on a warrant following a well-being check on Hancock Road.

8:21 p.m.: A missing person is reported on Craigie Avenue. Services are rendered.

11:02 p.m.: Drunkenness/substance abuse is reported on Pomeroy Avenue. Services are rendered. No arrests are made.

11:10 p.m.: Police arrest James Delisle, 55, of Worthington Place, on a warrant.
