12:39 p.m.: Police arrest Timothy Welch, 47, of West Housatonic Street, Pittsfield on charges of felony nighttime breaking and entering, larceny from a building and possession of a burglarious instrument.

5:21 p.m.: A report of an outdoor fire on South Street. Services rendered.

8:43 p.m.: A report of shots fired at the intersection of Third and Pond streets.

9:19 p.m.: A report of a disturbance on Fenn Street. Services rendered.

10:06 p.m.: A report of a disturbance on Union Street. Peace restored.

10:12 p.m.: A report of loud music on West Street. Peace restored.

10:14 p.m.: A report of shots fired on Dartmouth Street is investigated.

1:37 p.m.: Police arrest Patrick S. Coyne, 34, of Alden Avenue, Pittsfield on charges of discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building, possession of a firearm without a firearms identification card, possession of ammunition without a firearms identification card and committing a firearms violation with a prior violent or drug crime.

5:05 p.m.: Police arrest Danielle A. Newberry, 34, of Huron Street, Pittsfield on a pair of warrants and a charge of shoplifting (third offense).

8:45 p.m.: A report of a breaking and entering on Lenox Avenue.

10:24 p.m.: A report of a disturbance on Tyler Street. Peace restored.
