n 5:37 a.m.: Police investigate a trapped elevator at the Medical Arts Complex on North Street.

n 7:07 a.m.: Police investigate graffiti on Lucille Street. Services are rendered.

n 9:14 a.m.: Police investigate a residential fire alarm on Broad Street. The Fire Department is called.

n 10:41 a.m.: Police investigate a water problem on Gale Avenue. The Water Department is called.

n 12:57 p.m.: Police investigate a disturbance at Egremont Elementary School on Egremont Avenue. Services are rendered.

n 2:44 p.m.: Police investigate a report of assault and battery at Pittsfield High School on East Street. Services are rendered.

n 2:59 p.m.: Police arrest Patrick Nylic, 37, of West Housatonic Street, for assault and battery and threatening to commit murder.

n 3:46 p.m.: Police arrest Simao Pina Cintelo, 40, of High Street, for possession of a Class A drug, subsequent offense; and on four warrants.

n 5:48 p.m.: Police investigate a motor vehicle fire on Tyler Street. Services are rendered.

n 7:34 p.m.: Police investigate suspicious activity in Springside Park on Springside Avenue. Services are rendered.

n 8:35 p.m.: Police initiate extra checks at Burbank Park on Lakeway Drive. Services are rendered.

n 9:59 p.m.: Police investigate harassment on North Street. Services are rendered.

n 11:41 p.m.: Police arrest Joseph S. Wirtes, 42, of Linden Street, for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (beer can).
