4:18 a.m.: Police arrest Justin T. Lowery, 28, of Tyler Street, on charges of violating an abuse prevention order, misdemeanor breaking and entering, and resisting arrest.
7:09 a.m.: Police investigate a past burglary at Adrien’s Diner on Wahconah Street.
8:23 a.m.: Police arrest Carl S. Winters, 59, address unknown, Pittsfield, on charges of disturbing the peace, subsequent offense; and trespass.
10:15 a.m.: Police investigate an attempted burglary at Berkshire Fabric and Wallpaper Outlet on Wahconah Street.
11:07 a.m.: Police arrest Shane T. Street, 24, of Harvard Street, on a warrant.
12:19 p.m.: Police investigate animal complaints on Dan Casey Memorial Drive. The animal is impounded.
12:20 p.m.: Police arrest Jamie Lynn Cook, 28, of South Street, on a charge of shoplifting by asportation, second offense.
2:05 p.m.: Police arrest Mark Schafer, 28, of Wendell Avenue Extension, on two warrants.
2:38 p.m.: A water problem is reported on Albermarle Road. The Fire Department is called.
3:10 p.m.: Well-being checks are conducted at Taconic High School on Valentine Road. Services are rendered.
4:16 p.m.: Police investigate firearms offenses on Dalton Avenue.
5:56 p.m.: Police investigate drunkenness at Pontoosuc Lake’s lower parking lot on Hancock Road.

7:35 p.m.: Police arrest Donovan Kevin Devaughn, 21, of Hall Place, on charges of possession of a Class A drug with the intent to distribute, and a drug violation near a drug free school or park (First Street Common).
8:59 p.m.: Police investigate shots fired on Columbus Avenue. Party could not be located.
10:03 p.m.: Police investigate sex offenses on Westminster Street. Services are rendered.
