11:26 a.m.: Police arrest John P. Campbell, 27, of Noble Avenue, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked for being an Habitual Traffic Offender.

12:59 p.m.: Police take Melissa Marie Holden, 38, of Burke Avenue, into protective custody.

2:29 p.m.: Police investigate a burglary on California Avenue.
