8:33 a.m.: A report of a hit and run accident Hubbard Avenue is investigated.

2:00 p.m.: Police arrest Jaime A. Garcia, 37, on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a motor vehicle by-law violation.

3:34 p.m.: A report of a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at the intersection of Dorchester Avenue and Elm Street.

4:38 p.m.: Police arrest Benjamin M. Fielding, 27, of Delaware Avenue, Pittsfield on a charge of possession of heroin and a warrant issued from the Pittsfield Police Department.

7:52 p.m.: A report of a breaking and entering on Vin Hebert Boulevard.

10:38 p.m.: A report of a hit and run accident on Spring Street is investigated.

10:45 p.m.: A report of a hit and run accident at the intersection of Claire Place and First Street.

Sunday, Nov. 1

8:52 a.m.: a report of a motor vehicle break-in on Lexington Parkway.

9:36 a.m.: A report of vandalism on Gale Avenue is investigated.

10:05 a.m.: A report of a burglar alarm at the Pittsfield Country Club on South Street. The alarm is false.

11:21 a.m.: A report of an assault on North Street is investigated.

11:43 a.m.: A report of a motor vehicle break-in on Colt Road is investigated.

4:01 p.m.: A report of a breaking and entering on Elizabeth Street. Services rendered.

7:42 p.m.: A report of a motor vehicle break-in on North Street. Services rendered.

7:52 p.m.: Police arrest Charles Tabon, 36, of Hamlin Street, Pittsfield on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member.

9:02 p.m.: Police arrest Selvin Castillo, 22, of Lenox Avenue, Pittsfield on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member.
