12:20 p.m.: Police arrest Gian A. Gesualdo, 36, of Stoddard Avenue, Pittsfield on two charges of shoplifting.
12:22 p.m.: Police arrest Gary M. Brault, 51, of Chicopee on a warrant issued from outside the Pittsfield Police Department.
2:04 p.m.: Police arrest Demitria L. McCargo, 28, Jairra McCargo, 25, and Eric Black, 40, all of Albany, on one charge each of larceny over $250.
4:33 p.m.: A report of a hit and run accident on Dan Fox Circle is investigated.
6:30 p.m.: A report of a hit and run accident on North Street is investigated.
7:54 p.m.: Police arrest Douglas Wayne McGuigan, 25, of Wahconah Street, Pittsfield on a warrant issued from the Pittsfield Police Department.
8:45 p.m.: Police arrest Livio J. Evangelista, 29, of Silver Street, Pittsfield on charges of disturbing the peace (subsequent offense), carrying a dangerous weapon (knife) and resisting arrest.
9:56 p.m.: Police arrest Luis Vega, 53, of Second Street, Pittsfield on a warrant issued from the Pittsfield Police Department and charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and a lights violation.
Wednesday, Dec. 9
8:34 a.m.: Police arrest Ivelisse Shirley Ruusukallio, 34, of Orchard Street, Pittsfield on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to stop or yield.
12:30 p.m.: Police arrest Laurie A. Morin, 46, of Walker Street, Clarksburg on charges of shoplifting over $100 and unlawful removal of a theft detection device.
3:32 p.m.: Police arrest Connie M. Holmes, 58, of Parker Street, Pittsfield on a warrant issued from the Pittsfield Police Department.
3:50 p.m.: A report of a breaking and entering on First Street is investigated.
4:07 p.m.: A report of shots fired at the intersection of Gale and Fort Hill avenues. The source could not be located.
7:05 p.m.: A report of a hit and run accident on Brookside Drive is investigated.
